These terms apply to your use of mashoke.com, operated by Mashoke Investment CC, trading as Mashoke Tech ("Mashoke", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them.

1. This website

The site describes our services and lets you contact us. We work to keep the information accurate, but it is provided for general information and may change without notice. Nothing on the site is a binding offer or quotation.

2. Our services are agreed separately

Web, mobile, photography and SaaS work is carried out under a written proposal, order or agreement between you and us. That document sets the scope, price, timeline, ownership and support. If it conflicts with these terms, it prevails for that work.

3. Our SaaS systems

Use of TermBook, TabBook, RestBook, SeatBook and Mashoke Fleet is governed by the client's subscription or licence agreement. Descriptions of features on this site are summaries and may differ by plan.

Mashoke Drones is a separate company. These terms do not cover its services.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the site to break the law, to attempt to gain unauthorised access, to disrupt it, or to send spam or malicious content through the enquiry form.

5. Intellectual property

The site's text, design, logos, photographs and footage belong to Mashoke or its licensors. You may view and share links to pages, but you may not copy or reuse the content for commercial purposes without our written consent.

6. Third-party links

The site links to other sites, such as client websites and Wayline. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.

7. Availability and liability

The site is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Privacy

How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Namibia, and the Namibian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use of the site means you accept the update.
